The staff was super friendly, making us feel right at home. Loved our spacious room and the cute patio with Adirondack chairs. Just wish the main pool didn’t have an aerobics class taking over in the morning.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free parking, an indoor swimming pool, and a cozy bar area. The staff even helped with early check-in during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely return for another trip.

However, the water slides weren't open when promised, which left my kids disappointed. The arcade had half the games out of order, and no one was around to assist us. My room had a lovely view and was equipped with a fridge and microwave, but cleanliness issues stood out. The carpet showed stains, and the outdoor area needed attention. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere but felt the management could step up their game with the facility's maintenance and staff training.

I had a lovely stay at Waters in Minocqua. The rustic decor creates a charming atmosphere, and the pool area is good. The pool hours could be better managed as the slides closed earlier than expected. A great experience!
